Why can't this be a separation of church and state model? A marriage license would be available from the state to ensure that the rights of all citizens are respected. Different churches may or may not perform marriage ceremonies for all, depending on their beliefs.

Folks, it the economy It is necessity rather than choice that retirees are taking many entry level positions. People who thought they would have a comfortable retirement were done in by the crisis on Wall St. and the housing market - so they have taken jobs to make ends meet.
